Metabolites profiling

Metabolics profiling (Metabolite profiling) is the analysis of all metabolites in a pathway or those of a particular class. This may be achieved by mass spectrometry or NMR. Methods of separation of metabolites used are mainly based on liquid chromatography (LC), gas (GC) or even on plate (TLC). With these methods, it is possible to monitor the evolution of metabolites in a pathway or in interconnected pathways.

Analyzes :

  • Culture supernatant analysis by NMR 500MHz
  • Quantitative metabolomics analysis by IC-MS/MS
  • Culture supernatant analysis by HR-RMN 800MHz
  • Suspects screening
  • Untargeted analyis by LC-HRMS

These analyzes can also been completed by structural analyzes carried out by NMR and/or mass spectrometry for the identification of unknown compounds (natural products, contaminants, metabolites produced in vivo or in vitro in animals or plants, etc.).

  • Development of LC-HRMS methods using stable isotopes for the characterization of fungal secondary metabolites
